Terms of Service
The rules for using this service. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the website, the API, IMAP or any inbox, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live, and at least 13 in any case.
What the service is
We provide temporary email addresses that receive mail. The service does not send mail. Mail is deleted automatically after the retention period shown on the site, and it cannot be recovered after that.
Free inboxes are public: anyone who knows an address can read its mail. Do not use them for anything sensitive, or for an account you could not afford to lose. Our privacy notice explains what we store.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Break the law, or help someone else do so.
- Commit fraud, phishing or identity theft, or take over accounts that are not yours.
- Harass, threaten or exploit anyone, or receive or share child sexual abuse material.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, or get around its rate limits, plan limits or security controls.
- Read mail you have no right to read, including by guessing addresses to collect other people's mail.
You are responsible for what you do with an address, and for following the rules of any site where you use one. Some sites do not allow temporary email and may block it or close your account with them.
Your account
Keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. There is no email recovery, so we may not be able to restore access if you lose your password. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Paid plans
Paid plans run for 30 days at a time and do not renew automatically. Prices and features are shown on the pricing page. We may change them, but a change does not affect time you have already paid for.
If a plan runs out, private inboxes and domains you added are held for 7 days and then released. Their mail may be deleted.
Payments are made in crypto through a third-party payment gateway and cannot be reversed by us. Payments are not refundable, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If you paid and your plan did not start, contact support and we will put it right.
Your own domains
You may only add a domain you own or are allowed to use, and you are responsible for the mail it receives. We may suspend or remove a domain if its records stop verifying, if it goes over its mail limits, or if it breaks these terms. If you share a domain with other users, you must not use your control of it to read their mail.
Limits and availability
We apply limits to protect the service, and mail may be delayed or refused when they are reached or when the server is busy. Domains can be added or retired, and any domain can be blocked by the sites you use it on. We do not promise that a particular domain, address or message will work or stay available.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account, remove an inbox or domain, or block access without notice if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, or to protect the service or other people. If this happens because you broke these terms, you are not owed a refund.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or secure, or that mail will arrive or be kept.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost accounts, data, profits or access to other services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
Contact
Questions about these terms, or reports of abuse, can be sent through the support page.
